The Department of Agronomy organized a guest lecture entitled “Current Issues and Future Research in the Upstream Palm Oil Industry.” The lecture was held on Monday, 14 July 2025, from 10.00 to 12.00 WIB at the MMA Auditorium, third floor of Building A10, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Gadjah Mada.

The event was opened with remarks from the Head of the Department of Agronomy, Rani Agustina Wulandari, S.P., M.P., Ph.D., who emphasized the importance of synergy between academia and industry in addressing challenges in the agricultural sector, particularly in the palm oil commodity, which remains one of the main pillars of the national economy. read more
